Is there an age limit for children at the gym? Yes, children 7 and older, please.
Will I be expected to fight? Not at all, we want to share this training with everyday folks who want to get in shape, know how to protect themselves, or just want a hobby. However, for those who do want to compete we intend to provide some outlets. So, whether you want to prepare for a Jiu-jitsu tournament or more intense competition, we can help.
Do I have to sign a lengthy contract? Absolutely not! You can pay by the month or $10 a class.
What if I can’t find a class time that fits my schedule? No problem, we offer private lessons by appointment for up to 3 people at a time, at a reasonable cost.
Will women be paired up with men? Not if they don’t want to be. We offer the women only classes, private lessons can be taught by a woman, or we may be able to just arrange it so that you have a woman partner in a co-ed class.
