Jiu Jitsu
  Want to be a real fighter, or just learn to train like one- start here. In the MMA class you will learn all aspects of mixed martial arts fighting. Muay Thai, Wrestling, Jeet Kune Do, Jiu Jitsu & Boxing
Jiu Jitsu the focus is grappling (ground fighting). You will be taught submissions, take downs, & much more. It is very hands on & you will learn to defeat opponents without necessarily having to hit them. Instructed by Jon Miller, Paul Palacios, Lazaro Suarez and Bill Keeling.
 

  Jeet Kune Do   Martial art founded by Bruce Lee  

  ZUMBA!   One of the hottest fitness trends today. Don't miss this killer cardio class. Instructed by Shamika Kermon.  

  Kickboxing   This class is a hybrid of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics. And fitness experts say you can burn 300-400 calories during a 50 minute class. All fitness levels welcome.
