MMA Jiu Jitsu |

Want to be a real fighter, or just learn to train like one- start here. In the MMA class you will learn all aspects of mixed martial arts fighting. Muay Thai, Wrestling, Jeet Kune Do, Jiu Jitsu & Boxing Jiu Jitsu the focus is grappling (ground fighting). You will be taught submissions, take downs, & much more. It is very hands on & you will learn to defeat opponents without necessarily having to hit them. Instructed by Jon Miller, Paul Palacios, Lazaro Suarez and Bill Keeling.
